Estimate and Design Process
Sometimes the landscape process can seem a bit intimidating, so we try to make it as easy (and fun) as possible. Our consultation is always free...and for larger projects we include a design with our no-obligation estimate to help you visualize your project. The design is yours to keep once we receive a signed proposal and a 10% deposit.
We provide a full, written, no-obligation bid and answer all questions regarding the project and design. You may choose to do all or part of the project at any time. If you decide to do the project in phases, we will guide you in phasing the project in the most cost-effective way possible. We will add you to our calendar and give you an estimated start date for your project after we receive a deposit.
Before the project begins, we schedule one more meeting to go over last minute details and to give you a timeline on how the project will proceed. After the project begins, we visit daily to ensure the project is going according to plan and to answer any questions that come up during the process. We pride ourselves on our customer service and we are available to you at all times during your project.
